1. All items sold here are brand new and in good merchantable condition. (just the way we like it when we are doing our own shopping)
2. Payments must be made within 24 hours upon confirmation of order. (you will receive an acknowledgement email to confirm your order along with payment instructions and amount)
3. All items will be delivered only after full payment is received by us.
4. Payment is to be done via Internet Banking or ATM.
5. No exchanges, refunds or cancellation of orders after payment is made unless item is out of stock.
6. We will not be responsible for any damages or losses occured during delivery. (We exercise our due diligence in our packaging to minimise such occurance and Registered mail is recommended.)
7. We are committed to offer customers quality products and timely delivery however there will be time when delivery may be delay and we sincerely seek your kind understanding.
